Born in Rochester, N.Y., I am a third generation physician. I followed in my father’s footsteps and completed my Residency training in Ob/Gyn. Thereafter, I completed a Fellowship in Reproductive Surgery in Nashville, TN.



Experience

I have been performing the following Advanced Laparoscopic (L/S) and Hysteroscopic (H/S) surgeries since:

  • L/S Myomectomy
  • LAVH (L/S assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy)
  • LSH (L/S Supracervical Hysterectomy)
  • LTH (L/S Total Hysterectomy)
  • L/S Burch
    • Replaced by even less invasive mid-urethral slings

  • H/S -Endometrial ablation
  • Resection of Myomas/Polyps
  • Resection of Uterine Septums
  • Resection of Asherman's (intrauterine adhesions)

Personal

Married in 1987, Mona and I have two daughters in college. We enjoy our active outdoor lives in Colorado and have been on many eco-adventures, including climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro, running adventures on the Inca Trail into Machu Pichu, and running "rim to rim" in The Grand Canyon. Locally, I have been running with the Incline Club since 2002. I have successfully completed the 13-mile Pikes Peak Ascent since 1999.
